Happiness Drukyul Holiday is an established and trademarked company registered with the Tourism Council of Bhutan and accredited by different regulatory bodies. We accept all bookings under the following terms and conditions:
Booking Information:
All booking information must be completed and returned with copies of necessary documents such as Passport copy and flight details of all travelers within the group. You are subjected to pay 10% of the package amount at the time of booking and remaining amount is to be paid 1 month prior to the trip start date. Failure to pay the remaining amount one month prior to the arrival date may result in cancellation of the service provided by the company and forfeiture of the advance payment.
How to pay your deposit:
Deposit payment can be made through bank wire transfer or secure online payment system using all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a judicious cancellation policy protecting both the parties and we are considered among very few tour operators with friendly cancellation policy. After your trips confirmation, we believe you have thoroughly read, understood and abide by it.
Tour cancellation & refund policy
• 10% deposit will be forfeited if the tour cancelled any time after booking.
• 25% on the total tour cost will be levied for any tour cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
(Please note at this time necessary arrangements like hotels would be already booked where the company will be subject to cancelation charges for rooms cancelled in less than 30 days.)
• No refund will be made for any duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen circumstances after arrival in Bhutan as all the hotels and other logistic arrangements have been paid at this time.
Note: Once Bhutan visa is applied, no refund will be made.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Please be noted that we may sometimes make changes in the regular itineraries due to different conditions that is beyond our control. Do not take any responsibility for changes made due to any natural calamities, war or changes due to political or social condition of the country. Happiness Drukyul Holiday reserves right to adjust prearranged schedules if required.
Clients’ Responsibility:
We do not take responsibility for any possible injury or death while travelers are engaged in activities facilitated by our company. Travelers are strongly advised to buy the necessary insurance policy and get medical advises before starting your trips. Travelers are advised to abide by rules and regulations and follow the instructions of guides and leaders during the expeditions.
Incomplete Tour:
We are under no obligation to refund the deposits or charges if in case the customer has to cancel his trip in the middle of the trip. The company reserves right to forfeit the deposits and payments made for the trips no matter at what point of time the trip is cancelled during the tour.
